Enlace, 1978 - 2020
Gretta Sarfaty

In Enlace (1978 / 2020), is a multimedia slide installation, Sarfaty emerges in the center of the film covered on a rope looking at the viewer. The artist exhibits an expression of sensuality, satire and fetish. Meanwhile in the background you can hear an annoying sound replicating the movement of a rope in an accelerated motion. Gretta is fighting to untie the knot, when questioning what kind of freedom is and what to do with it. The artist invites us to take part in this reflection.
